Donations to support the Foundation for American Track Cycling, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which supports junior development programs. The Foundation's premier program is the Juniors Rule! Development Racing Series, along with the FATC Madison Cup Series. Donations build our Grant Fund to support junior programs and award grants to athletes and velodromes who present a vision that aligns with the Foundation's charter. Our 10-year record of success at Velo Sports Center velodrome in Carson, CA has helped produce the next generation of track cycling athletes. In 2026, we are expanding operations to the new Tucson Velodrome! Join us in developing the next generation of American track cycling athletes.
